How it works
Residents just call
The same Aika number, from any phone. Once the committee has added a resident, Aika knows which society they live in and answers from that society's own information.
The committee writes it once
Answers and notices live on one simple page. Change them there, and the next resident who calls hears the new version.
It says when it doesn't know
Aika answers only from what your committee has told it. If it hasn't been told, it says so plainly instead of guessing.
For the committee
One simple page, run by the people residents already trust. Setting it up takes about twenty minutes.
Add your residents
Import the resident list you already keep. Nothing is saved until you check it and confirm.
Write the answers once
Water timings, rules, contacts, fees. Every change is kept as a new version, so you can see what residents were told and when.
Post notices
A meeting, a water cut, a festival. Residents who call hear the notices that are in effect.
Share the work
Invite committee members as an Owner, an Editor or a Viewer, so each person can do just their part.
Your society's information stays with your society.
Each society's information is kept separately. When a resident calls, Aika answers only from their own society's information, never from general knowledge and never from another society's.

No. Any phone that can make a call. There is no app to install and no internet needed.
Which languages can residents use?
Residents talk to Aika the way they talk — in Hindi, Hinglish and more.
What if Aika doesn't know the answer?
It says so plainly, instead of guessing. It only ever answers from what your committee has told it.
